Just wanted to post a quick note to let you know that on Friday (April 24th) we will be having flashlight reading during our normal silent reading time after lunch. Things will be a little different than normal though. This time the lights will be shut off, and the students can use flashlights to read. I have told the students that they can pretend they are on a camping trip, or that the power has gone out, or whatever else they can create with their imagination. You may start sending the flashlights in as soon as tomorrow, and I will hold onto them until Friday. Thanks!
